They needed a simple and easy to understand profile that reflected how smart and unconventional the pharmacy is as at the day pharmacies did not have profiles of their own. However the main obstacle was to start the branding amongst pharmacies due to pharmacies lacking a proper brand guideline, so we had to ensure the profile reflected on the brand elements very heavily.
