Rancon envisioned giving more to Gulshan Avenue, the rising commercial hub of the Capital. Rancon Avenue 102 offers its visitors a renewed experience of luxury business suites, extravagant retail, prestigious automobile showrooms, chic eateries and gourmet cafes.

Challenge

With low time at hand, and construction of the project at an end, RDL required a luxury profile with content to send to potential tenants and brands. The publication was required in high standard (from text, to design, to even paper feel) which successfully represented the impression of the Tower.
